Belive it or not I managed to stop smoking a couple of months ago and I'm still nicotine free. I can't say my heath improved dramatically but I see improvements here and there which makes me go further. What's strange is the fact that even if I know that smoking harms me and there isn't any benefit from it especially that they are so damn expensive I still miss to smoke a cigarette once in a while.
