I always take care of my health and try to follow a healthy lifestyle. We need to stay healthy in order to accomplish our goals. I always try to eat a balanced diet and sleep well. Sometimes, One thing I need to reduce is my screen time which is difficult since I am a crypto currency trader. But I make sure to rest and take a break so that I don’t get sick.

It's very important to take care of your health. I go jogging and I ride my bike. I go to the gym twice a week. I control my nutrition and eat only healthy food.

Sounds great 🙂 do you do cheatmeal days when, say, once a week you treat yourself and buy some junk food or whatever? Usually I compliment my nutrition with vitamins and minerals which I as a rule get on Aliexpress. It is not only safe and cheao but also very comfortable to search what you need because you can always use Search by Image in the Alitools extension which makes the whole process of searching 5-6 seconds long, tops.

I take care of my health by limiting the time I give to trading. If you spend the whole day in front of the computer, analysing charts and working on your trading, you might feel interested for the first few days. But sooner you will start to get tired. Your brain will naturally introduce inhibitors and stress hormones that will make you hate trading.
So the best thing to do is to reduce your screen time on trading.

I try to always take care of my health. I don’t understand when people go to the hospital only when they can’t take two steps, feeling terrible pain. Technology has come a long way and now the healthcare system is changing, new applications based on artificial intelligence https://s-pro.io/artificial-intelligence are emerging. Using these applications to monitor your health has become much easier.

I smoke cigarettes two packs a day🥲

Wow. Belive it or not I managed to stop smoking a couple of months ago and I'm still nicotine free. I can't say my heath improved dramatically but I see improvements here and there which makes me go further.

What's strange is the fact that even if I know that smoking harms me and there isn't any benefit from it especially that they are so damn expensive I still miss to smoke a cigarette once in a while. I think I miss the feeling of being relaxed haha 🙂

I sincerely congratulate you!👍👍👍
I plan to stop smoke right this year.
Although I have a strong addiction, but I want to do it.
I will tell you in the future about how it will end.
cigarettes in my region cost 6 bucks per pack Parliament

I walk at least 8000 steps every day and drink plenty of water.

I aim for 10K daily. Sometimes more sometimes less but try to stay above 7-8K

Not a big fan of drinking water tho.

I exercise regularly and take care of my mental health. I do streetlifting and honestly feel my body is in the best shape of my life. In terms of diet, I avoid junk food and eat a diet full of green vegetables and fruits. No meat!

I should... Stopped sport for months now I have to jump into it again because I have trouble breathing after 2 minutes running.... a shame

I also stopped GYM for a couple of months and returned in the next few days. The difference is huge. Recommend to anyone that can spare a couple of hours weekly and have the medical condition for it.

If not at least a rapid walk will help.

Yes, I do take care of my health. I try to eat a balanced diet and exercise regularly. I also make sure to get enough sleep, drink plenty of water, and avoid smoking and excessive alcohol consumption. I also make sure to get regular check-ups with my doctor and take any necessary medications as prescribed. I also stay informed about any new health research to ensure I'm taking the best possible care of myself.

I personally believe that you need to seriously monitor your health, and in general try to eat right, pay attention to physical activity. For example, I myself go swimming, and I want to enroll my child in a private school for swimming lessons https://3sswim.co.uk/kids-private/ , as it seems to me, the earlier one begins to instill a love of sports, the better
