Kennysplash
I've never been much of a sleeper. I consider myself lucky if I'm able to get a 5 hours sleep. Although it does not really affect me during the day, I am still able to concentrate on my activities. But I am worried that I don't get enough sleep. What do you think can help?

Rahul verma
Make sure your bedroom is quiet, dark, relaxing, and at a comfortable temperature. Remove electronic devices such as TVs, computers, and phones from the bedroom. Avoid large meals, caffeine, and alcohol before bedtime. Don't use tobacco. 1 Quote jobs hiring near me | hr generalist
Fisher Tow
Ensuring a good night's sleep involves creating a consistent bedtime routine. I prioritize a calming pre-sleep ritual, limit screen time before bed, and maintain a comfortable sleep environment. Additionally, avoiding caffeine and heavy meals close to bedtime contributes to quality rest. Sweet dreams! 😴✨
