Requirements

- 1+ years of experience and a management position in Performance marketing/ CPA.

- Understand the market, it's trend and challenges.

- Search and analysis of potential partners (publishers, webmasters, etc.)

- Good sales skills and the ability to handle objections. 

- Written and spoken English at a level not lower than upper-intermediate.
