Revenue based
Ability to work autonoumsly and under pressure
Previous experience from an advertising network is highly advantageous
Critical-thinking and basic mathematical skills
Comfortable with adult content
A passion for online advertising, technology and new digital innovations

RESPONSIBILITIES

Manage and build long-term relationships with an existing portfolio of large sized publishers
Manage the top deals and negotiations between the biggest advertisers and publishers in the industry
Scale portfolio, revenues and volumes
Set up processes in the publishing department, such as marketplace optimization, website promotions, negotiation and reporting of new deal
