Recently encountered this problem on Taboola- Landing page contains non-functional/poor quality/disruptive elements.
At first I thought the problem was easy to solve, but then I couldn't even find the problem in the site.
All hyperlinks work correctly, no pop-ups except for AdGoogle banners, but Taboola is in partnership with them, so there shouldn't be an issue.
Policy, Cookie and other legal issues are also on the site, what could be the problem?

Can you give a specific example so I can investigate and find a fix?

I haven’t tried Taboola lately so I can’t help much in this sense but I always contact the support team directly when I have such an issue. If you already did that and got no aswers, I can suggest you try Mondiad, I has no such issues with them.
