Some great insight indeed, thanks for sharing this. I would say that the most important steps are setting the right goals, as it's the base for all further work, researching the targeted audience as from it depends how successful our campaigns will be and creating engaging content on social media to get more followers, number of interaction and gain some overall reputation on the internet.
