The account bans in Facebook is a problem that everyone meets when setting up the ads through Facebook Ads Manager sooner or later. Recently, people complain more often about automatic bans from the system, most of which are not directly related to your activity / niche / product in any way: pandemic, riots, political exacerbations, elections, etc.

In this article, we will talk about the main technical reasons of auto-blocking of advertising accounts, and also we give basic recommendations for increasing Facebook's trust.

The main reasons for banning accounts

There are many reasons why a ban can come from the system. The most common reasons of autoblocks are:

  1. The name on the bank card is different from the name on Facebook;

  2. You are using someone else's card / Black-list card;

  3. Using a bank card from another country;

  4. Unsuccessful attempts to debit funds from the card;

  5. Constant change of social accounts in one browser;

  6. Login to your account from other countries / cities (another IP address / VPN);

  7. A sharp increase in advertising expenses;

  8. Inactivity for a long time;

  9. Login to the advertising account from the Crimea;

  10. Adding people with a banned account to the account (Black-list);

  11. Hacked / brute account;

  12. Advertising of prohibited materials;

  13. Violation of someone's copyright;

  14. Complaints about your advertising;

  15. Inconsistency of the page with the advertisement;

  16. Use of prohibited scripts on the page;

  17. Redirecting the user to another site from yours;

  18. Low customer feedback score.

Solution methods for banning accounts

There are no specific rules that guarantee you freedom from bans. However, some recommendations will still help increase the trust to your advertising account from Facebook.

1. Domain check

First of all, check your domain, it may already be blacklisted by Facebook. For this, we need the Facebook Tools tool. Moving on, paste your site and click "Debug".

If the domain is banned, you'll see the following notification: "We can't review this site because its content doesn't meet our community standards. If you think that it is a bug, please let us know."

You will not be able to run ads, your account will immediately fly into a ban.

2. Using an anti-detect browser if you have already received a ban / block.

If you have already received a ban / block and run ads from a new account, use an anti-detect browser that allows you to create a new Gologin computer (14-day free trial when you use the code ANTIKGOLOGIN14 instead of the normal 7. Enter the code after downloading the browser)

If you have already launched FB ads from your browser and received a ban, then it simply remained in the cookies. If a little less lucky, then your network card information, which instantly identifies you as an unwanted user.

3. Mandatory presence of Pages.

Your customers should have complete information about working conditions in order to avoid lowering the customer feedback score. The following pages should be added to your site: Privacy Policy, Terms of service, Refunds & Returns, Shipping & Delivery.

4. Do not use old / other people's creatives.

Do not upload previously used promotional videos on a new account - Facebook's artificial intelligence immediately determines that this text and image have already been played several times from banned accounts. Try to use your own creatives, the source for which can be found on the well-known Youtube. Change the text, video structure, colors, music, splash screen (thumbnail) to not only not give Facebook a reason to ban, but also to attract the maximum number of visitors to your site.

5. Unique IP.

We strongly recommend that you register each account from exactly the IP address from which you intend to work with the account later. Make a list for yourself from which IP you work with each of the accounts and never log into an account from a "foreign" IP.

Conclusion

These methods can help you solve account bans, but I think that among these methods, the Gologin anti-detect browser is the best because it can stop inconsistencies from the first day your accounts are created.

  • Timezone - custom timezone or based on the IP of your proxy.

  • Extensions - preset extensions to the profile

  • WebRTC - you can add local IPs

  • Geolocation - geolocation settings for sites

  • Advanced - many settings, which are recommended to read about in the blog.

  • Cookies - if you bought an account from logs or from a farmer who supplies them with cookies, upload them here. Cookie login does not require a login password and often minimizes the risk of a ban at the launch stage.
